Nat Phensiriphand began his career with the Miami‑Dade Public Library System, where he spent 13 years developing a deep foundation in public service, research support, and community engagement. He later joined the University of Miami Libraries in 2010 as an Information Specialist in Learning & Research Services. During this time, he stepped into the role of the Libraries’ first Peer Research Consultant Supervisor, helping launch the program by training and guiding its inaugural cohort of student consultants.

In 2019, Nat transitioned to the Digital Initiatives department as the Audio/Video Media Manager. In this role, he oversees the digitization, preservation, and management of the Libraries’ growing audio and video collections. His work supports long‑term access to unique archival materials and strengthens the Libraries’ commitment to accessibility and digital stewardship.
